Job summary

JLL in the Philippines seeks a Technical Supervisor to provide hands-on leadership and technical oversight for facility maintenance. You will manage a team of technicians, schedule daily work, and ensure safe, reliable operation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and life-safety systems to meet client expectations.

You will coordinate preventive maintenance programs, review work orders in the CMMS, supervise contractors, manage inventory, and enforce safety policies.

Qualifications

• Lead a team of maintenance technicians, HVAC technicians, and trade specialists; schedule daily work assignments.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee day-to-day maintenance across facilities; review work orders in the CMMS and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance activities and respond to emergencies.
• Document maintenance activities and labor hours in the CMMS.
• Serve as technical escalation for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building controls.
• Diagnose root causes and coordinate repairs.
• Enforce safety policies; conduct safety training and toolbox talks.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and proper PPE usage.
• Manage contractor relationships; review invoices and ensure quality.
• Review PM completion rates and optimize PM frequencies.
• Manage maintenance inventory and procurement coordination.
• Maintain knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life-safety systems.
• Provide status updates to facilities management and communicate with occupants.

• Manage relationships with external contractors; review invoices and ensure scope completion.
• Audit PM effects; optimize PM frequencies and task lists.
• Coordinate inventory control and procurement for parts.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of building systems and interdependencies.
• Communicate with facilities management and occupants; prepare performance reports.
