Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree in a related field preferred.
5-7 years of experience in building maintenance or facilities operations.
2-3 years of supervisory or lead experience.
Experience with commercial building systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

Lead daily facilities operations and supervise technicians to ensure a world-class workplace.
Attend to general employee requests, setups, minor repairs, and AC adjustments.
Inspect buildings to confirm safety standards and report major repair needs.
Coordinate repairs with FM team and local contractors when needed.
Provide events support and assist with critical out-of-hours issues and emergencies.
Walk sites regularly, document faults, and ensure timely closure of issues.
