• Troubleshoot and repair equipment; coordinate with building management and contractors.
• Monitor performance of facility systems; implement upgrades for efficiency.
• Maintain building automation systems (BMS).
• Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regs and environmental standards.
• Manage facility-related projects: renovations, installations, upgrades; prepare budgets and timelines.
