Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's in FM/Engineering or related field and at least five years of facilities management experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of facilities management, building operations, or related field
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems
• Experience managing budgets, vendor contracts, and SLAs
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients, vendors, and teams
• Proficiency in CMMS and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to travel between sites as needed

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of facilities: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, and building automation
• Develop and manage facility budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance to manufacturer specs and regulations
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service levels
• Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance and high standards
• Respond to emergencies and communicate with stakeholders during resolution
• Lead and mentor facility staff toward accountability and service excellence
• Prepare client reports and senior leadership presentations on performance and status
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on workplace strategy and sustainability programs
