Job summary

TaskUs Quezon City is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support via phone, email, and live chat. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting client KPIs in a fast-paced BPO environment.

The role requires at least 1 year in a BPO setting, strong communication skills, and the ability to work on cyclical schedules on-site at Chateau Ridiculous in Quezon City.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of BPO experience.
• Experience with phone, email and live chat support preferred.
• Willing to work on cyclical schedules.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Typing speed of 30 WPM with 90% accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound and place outbound calls.
• Provide timely responses via email and live chat.
• Filter content from the client's website and perform data checks.
• Resolve customer issues and document interactions per SOP.
• Meet KPIs and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Participate in trainings and follow TaskUs policies.
