• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace

Responsibilities

• Proactively search for potential candidates using job boards, social media networks, referrals, and local resume databases
• Conduct initial resume screening and phone interviews to assess qualifications and fit for BPO roles
• Maintain an active talent pool to support hiring ramp-ups
• Reach out to passive candidates and convert them into active applicants
• Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers for smooth handoffs and daily sourcing metrics
