Location: 4th Floor, Southwoods Office Tower, Brgy. San Francisco, Biñan City, Laguna (On-site)

Employment Type: Temporary / Contract (3 Months)

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team for a 3-month project. In this role, you will focus on building a strong pipeline of candidates for high-volume recruitment needs within our BPO operations. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and screening top talent across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively search for potential candidates using job boards, social media networks (LinkedIn, Facebook), referral programs, and local resume databases.
• Conduct initial resume screening and phone interviews to assess applicant qualifications, communication skills, and fit for BPO roles.
• Maintain an active talent pool to support immediate and upcoming hiring ramp-ups.
• Reach out to passive candidates and convert them into active applicants through engaging messaging.
• Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless candidate handoff and daily tracking of sourcing metrics.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sourcing, lead generation, or recruitment (especially within a BPO setup) is an advantage, but fresh graduates and candidates with no prior work experience are welcome to apply.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or any related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of candidate sourcing via social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Indeed, TikTok) and job boards.
• Proficient in using computer applications (MS Office, Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets).
• Target-driven, resourceful, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to commit to the full 3-month project duration and start immediately.
