Job summary

RCBC is seeking candidates to fill absentee coverage roles within its Manila-based Business Center. You will support service delivery, uphold BSP/AML regulations, and promote customer satisfaction through compliant banking practices.

The position requires a 4-year degree in business or related field and a strong understanding of bank policies, with preferred experience in sales/marketing in a banking environment. Willingness to work across branches is essential.

Qualifications

• At least a 4-year graduate with a degree in business or any service industry oriented course.
• Strong knowledge of bank policies and branch operations.
• Experience in sales/marketing within a bank is an advantage.
• Willing to be assigned to different branches within the area of assignment.

Responsibilities

• Assumes the position in absence of the Service Manager/Senior roles.
• Assists in performing compliance reviews as assigned by Regional Service Head.
• Performs ad hoc tasks such as investigations, reconciling accounts, ATM duties, as directed by District Service Head.
• Ensures BC transactions comply with bank policies and operations manual.
