Private Advertiser in Makati, Philippines is seeking an Offline Leader to drive local offline business growth and achieve sales targets. The role includes developing sales channels and key accounts and managing the offline sales team.

You will oversee sales strategies, account receivables, inventory control, channel budgets, brand promotion, and business compliance to ensure strong market performance and sustainable growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent undergraduate background, with 5+ years in sales, channel management, or business development, preferably within the consumer goods industry.
• Proven experience in leading and managing teams to achieve business objectives.
• Skilled in offline channel operations (distribution, KA, retail); adept at business planning, target setting, and basic data analysis; capable of independently negotiating with channel partners.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
