Responsibilities

• Develop and implement national sales strategies, annual business plans, and long-term growth initiatives aligned with company objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities, expand existing accounts, and explore potential markets to strengthen the company's market presence.
• Establish sales objectives and performance targets in coordination with the sales team.
• Monitor sales and marketing initiatives to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Monitor and evaluate sales performance across accounts, regions, and retail channels, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Develop action plans and sales programs to address performance gaps and achieve sales targets.
• Ensure profitability through effective budget allocation, expense management, and cost control.
• Review sales reports and KPIs to support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee sales promotions, advertising initiatives, and marketing activities to support brand visibility and business growth.
• Develop and manage marketing and promotional budgets in line with approved business plans.
• Formulate sales schemes, incentive programs, and promotional strategies to drive sales performance.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure effective implementation of campaigns and promotional activities.
• Lead, mentor, and coach the sales team to improve performance, productivity, and sales capabilities.
• Evaluate sales team structure and recommend adjustments to improve operational efficiency.
• Develop training programs and initiatives to strengthen product knowledge, selling techniques, and leadership skills.
• Implement motivation and incentive programs to encourage team engagement and achievement of sales targets.
• Develop and recommend sales and marketing policies, guidelines, and procedures for approval.
• Ensure consistent implementation of approved policies and compliance with company standards.
• Establish monitoring and control systems to support effective sales and marketing operations.
