PETOUR PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking a Senior Sales & Channel Manager to lead offline channel development, expanding distributors, KA and pet shop networks in the Philippines. The role focuses on building long-term partnerships and driving market coverage.

You will align sales plans with HQ, oversee offline targets, pricing, and promotions, and mentor the local team while coordinating with marketing and headquarters.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales, channel management or business development.
• Experience in FMCG industry.
• Familiar with offline channel operation — distribution, KA and retail.
• Fluent English for HQ communication.
• Hands-on leadership with team management and results orientation.

Responsabilités

• Offline channel development and network building in the Philippines — distributors, KA and pet shops; expand coverage and build long-term partnerships.
• Formulate offline sales plans, break down targets by channel and team member, monitor execution and run regular business reviews.
• Manage sell-in / sell-out, channel pricing and trade promotion execution; convert competitor and market insights into business actions.
• Lead the Philippines offline team with a clear division of responsibilities and coordinate with marketing and HQ functions.
