Private Advertiser is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee branch sales operations in the Philippines, drive performance, and coach the sales team. The role focuses on achieving targets, ensuring quality customer service, and managing relationships with clients and partners.

The position requires 2–4 years in sales or branch operations, a relevant degree, and willingness to train in Ortigas, Pasig or other locations. Strong leadership and data-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of sales, branch operations, or lending experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise branch sales personnel to achieve sales targets and productivity goals.
• Monitor daily sales performance, applications, approvals, releases, and account pipelines.
• Implement sales strategies and branch initiatives to support business growth.
• Coach, motivate, and provide performance guidance to Sales Associates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, Loan Consultants, and business partners.
• Ensure proper handling of loan applications, documentation requirements, and account endorsements.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding account processing and client concerns.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare sales performance reports, identify gaps, and recommend improvement actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, documentation standards, and data privacy requirements.
