Domain is seeking an Office Manager to oversee the Philippine workplace, ensuring a safe, efficient, and engaging environment for the team. You will manage facilities, safety compliance, budgeting, and vendor relations, acting as the local liaison for global workplace initiatives.
You will lead daily operations, partner with HR on employee experience programs, and maintain compliance records while driving a proactive culture of safety and operational readiness.
You will be leading the day-to-day operations of our Philippine workplace, ensuring a safe, efficient, and engaging environment for our team. In this role, you will oversee facilities, health and safety compliance, budgeting, and vendor management, while serving as the primary local liaison for global workplace initiatives and cross-functional partnerships.
As the Office Manager, you will take full ownership of daily office operations to ensure a reliable, safe, and compliant workplace. You will actively manage office budgets and vendor relationships, oversee the lifecycle of all workplace assets, and provide clear, day-to-day leadership to the Office Assistant. Additionally, you will partner closely with HR to execute an engaging office experience calendar that fosters employee wellbeing, while proactively maintaining audit-ready facility records, permits, and contingency plans to seamlessly support any future business continuity needs or operational transitions.
5+ years in office or facilities management. A relevant Bachelor’s degree and experience in a multinational, BPO, or PEZA environment is essential.
Proven expertise in managing operational budgets, procurement workflows, and end-to-end vendor relationships (including SLA monitoring and contract negotiations).
Deep understanding of Philippine LGU and DOLE requirements. You must hold (or be willing to obtain) a Safety Officer certification and have experience running comprehensive OSH and fire safety programs.
Strong track record of maintaining physical asset registers (from employee onboarding to disposal) and preferably experience coordinating office relocations, fit-outs, or consolidations.
Capable of leading business continuity plans, workplace incident responses, and preparing robust documentation for audits or regulatory inspections.
Excellent organizational skills to supervise administrative staff, juggle multiple deadlines, and communicate effectively with senior leaders, government agencies, and cross-functional teams.
Willingness to work onsite and handle urgent weekend matters as needed, coupled with proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, and standard procurement/asset management tools.
