The successful candidate will assist with daily office activities, documentation, coordination, follow-ups, and other administrative requirements.
Candidates with at least five (5) years of relevant work experience, particularly those with previous experience working directly with Korean executives, managers, or Korean-owned companies, are highly preferred.
Provide general administrative and clerical support to management and office personnel.
Assist Korean management with daily administrative requirements, documentation, scheduling, and coordination.
Prepare, organize, maintain, and properly file company documents, reports, forms, and records.
Coordinate and follow up on tasks, requests, and instructions from management with concerned employees or departments.
Handle emails, phone calls, messages, correspondence, and other office communications professionally.
Assist in coordinating meetings, appointments, deliveries, and other business-related activities.
Monitor office supplies, equipment, and other administrative requirements.
Coordinate with employees, branch personnel, suppliers, contractors, and other external parties as required.
Assist HR, Accounting, Operations, and other departments with administrative tasks when necessary.
Maintain confidentiality of company, employee, financial, and management-related information.
Ensure that assigned tasks are completed accurately and within the required timeframe.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
At least five (5) years of relevant work experience in office administration, administrative assistance, executive assistance, or a related position.
No specific college degree is required.
College education is not mandatory; relevant work experience and demonstrated skills will be considered.
Previous experience working directly with Korean executives, managers, or Korean-owned companies is highly preferred.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
