Job summary

Accenture Philippines is seeking an Order Management Analyst to oversee end-to-end order processing, invoicing, and billing within the OTC team. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Deal Desk to ensure accurate bookings and timely resolution of issues, while driving process improvements.

The role requires 2+ years in OTC/Order Management, strong stakeholder communication, and readiness to work night shifts onsite in Quezon City.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Order to Cash (OTC) experience, specifically in Order Management.
• Strong experience in order processing, validation, invoicing, and billing.
• Experience resolving billing discrepancies, credit and rebill requests, and contract-related issues.
• Experience supporting month-end close activities.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Amenable to work onsite in Quezon City.
• Willing to work on a night shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order management activities, including order entry, validation, invoicing, and billing
• Support month-end close activities and ensure timely order processing
• Resolve order, billing, and contract-related issues while meeting SLA targets
• Collaborate with Sales, Deal Desk, Finance, and other stakeholders to resolve complex cases
• Escalate critical issues impacting order booking and customer satisfaction
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Provide coaching, support, and guidance to team members
