Job summary

Acquire.AI in Manila, Philippines is seeking an Ops Learning & Development Trainer to support frontline teams onshore and in Manila. The role focuses on delivering foundational and ongoing training, while coordinating materials and assessments.

You will manage schedules, create manuals, support onboarding, and track learning metrics, collaborating with Operations, Quality, and Leaders to close performance gaps and drive employee readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years experience in Learning & Development, Training Delivery, Facilitation, Coaching, or Contact Center Operations.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Foundation Skills, Program-Specific, and Continuous Learning training programs.
• Deliver engaging, interactive learning sessions for new hires and existing employees.
• Coordinate training schedules, agendas, and learning plans with timelines.
• Prepare and maintain training materials including manuals, facilitator guides, assessments, and TPAs.
• Manage onboarding setup and training-related equipment and access.
• Track attendance, assessments, and completion metrics; prepare reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Leaders to identify training needs and performance gaps.
