Job summary

Maersk in Pasig City seeks a Head of Contract Management & Sales Manager to lead ocean contract management, tender filings, and sales support within a defined geographic area. You will drive compliance, efficiency, and customer growth while coordinating with global teams.

The role requires a 4+ year leadership background, strong English and negotiation skills, and willingness to work night shifts on site in Estancia, Pasig City. Knowledge of automation and data-driven processes is valued.

Qualifications

Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor's Degree.
Strong English communications skills.
Fluent in Portuguese or Spanish is highly preferred.
Knowledge in MS Office, Automation, Gemini and AI.
A strong sales background would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

Accurate and timely execution of tender quotations and filings for OCE+ products within SLA and in line with NnC requirements.
Accurate and timely execution of contract filings, FMC, DND, allocation and other sales processes for the area.
Customer growth within the assigned scope.
Continuous improvement of Tender, quotation, and filing processes through performance management, CI initiatives, and technology engagement.
High standards of data integrity and accuracy for sales performance and dispute resolution.
Administrative and operational support to frontline teams.
Effective stakeholder engagement across regions and centres to ensure alignment and process standardization.
Talent management and development of team members to build capability and engagement.
