Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor's Degree.
• Has over 4 years of experience in performance and change management, with leadership.
• Strong English communications skills.
• Fluent in Portuguese or Spanish is highly preferred.
• Knowledge in MS Office, Automation, Gemini and AI.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• A strong sales background would be an advantage.
