Expeditors Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Ocean Import Associate to ensure timely movement of freight with excellent customer service. You will enter data accurately, track import files, and liaise with customers and brokers for customs documentation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow meeting customer expectations.
• Track and Trace Ocean Import Files daily.
• Ensure documents are timely sent to customer or broker for customs purposes.
• Interact with customers to arrange international shipments and meet service standards.
• Meet KPI standards and escalate issues when needed.
