Job summary

Expolanka Freight (Philippines), Inc. in Pasay is seeking an Ocean Freight Operations Executive to manage end-to-end ocean freight for imports and exports on-site.

You will coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and customers to ensure timely shipments, oversee documentation and compliance, and develop relationships across the supply chain while seeking cost optimizations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in ocean freight operations.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management and import/export procedures; CargoWise familiarity preferred.
• Proven ability to manage logistics operations and customer service effectively.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and excellent communicator.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end ocean freight operations for import and export shipments.
• Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and customers to ensure timely shipment of goods.
• Oversee documentation and compliance requirements for international shipping.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the supply chain.
• Analyze and optimize transportation costs and logistics processes.
