Job summary

Expeditors Philippines is seeking an Air Export Associate to ensure timely freight movement and exceptional customer service within the Air Export Department.

You will handle data entry, track and trace shipments, and communicate with overseas teams and clients while adhering to regulatory and company procedures. This role requires 6 months to 1 year of related experience and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training.
• Understanding of air documentation process is a plus.
• Pro-active, strong organizational skills.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow.
• Enter data accurately into the operational system.
• Track and trace Air Export files and reporting.
• Communicate arrival notices to overseas and customers.
• Assist in client and service provider billing.
