Responsibilities include tracking port statuses, scheduling deliveries, and ensuring accurate documentation such as BOL/IR while working with dispatchers and drivers. A reliable home workspace with high-speed internet is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or logistics experience, preferably in US container drayage or port trucking.
• Professional, polished English written and verbal communication with US-based clients.
• Willingness to work graveyard/night shift aligned to PST.
• Stable high-speed internet, backup power, and distraction-free workspace.
• Familiarity with transportation management systems and port portals (e.g., PierPass, eModal).

Responsibilities

• Container Tracking: monitor ocean container movements and port statuses.
• Drayage Coordination: coordinate empty returns, chassis usage, and delivery appointments.
• Client Updates: proactively notify clients of container status and delays.
• Dispute & Exception Handling: troubleshoot gate issues and billing questions with internal staff.
• Documentation Support: process BOL details and delivery orders in the system.
