Job summary

Teleperformance is seeking an experienced Training Manager in the Philippines to lead and design Learning & Development strategies for Order-to-Cash operations. You will lead a team of trainers, collaborate with global leaders, and develop scalable programs that improve onboarding speed, process efficiency, and quality across shared services and global teams.

The role focuses on end-to-end O2C training delivery and cross-functional collaboration to drive performance in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct experience leading, coaching, and scaling training teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of trainers and instructional designers to deliver learning programs.
• Design end-to-end O2C curriculum covering Credit Management, Order Processing, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Collections and Cash Application.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to align training with business goals and SLAs.
• Identify skill gaps with operations managers in SSC/GCC environments and plan upskilling interventions.
• Establish KPIs to measure learning effectiveness, speed-to-proficiency, and post-training accuracy.
