Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead, design, and deliver comprehensive Learning & Development strategies for Order-to-Cash operations across global teams.

You will direct a team of trainers, collaborate with business leaders worldwide, and design scalable programs that boost process efficiency, onboarding speed, and accuracy within shared services and GCC environments.

Qualifications

• Lead and scale training teams across SSC/BPO/GCC environments.
• Design and deploy end-to-end O2C training programs.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and time-zone aligned delivery.
• Drive analytics to measure learning impact and speed-to-proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Management: Direct a team of 5+ trainers and instructional designers, driving delivery excellence.
• O2C Curriculum Strategy: Design, create, and deploy training content covering Credit, Billing, AR, and cash application.
• Global Stakeholder Management: Align training with strategic goals and operational SLAs with cross-functional leaders.
• Operational Integration: Identify skill gaps with Shared Services operations to drive targeted re-skilling.
• Impact & Analytics: Define KPIs to measure learning effectiveness and post-training accuracy.
