Job summary

TP seeks an experienced Training Manager to lead, design, and deliver Learning & Development strategies for Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations across shared services and global teams in the Philippines.

You will manage a team of trainers and instructional designers, drive end-to-end O2C content, and collaborate with international leaders to improve process efficiency and onboarding speeds.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct experience managing, coaching, and scaling training teams.
• 3–5 years of hands-on O2C operations experience.
• Proven track record of designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end technical training programs for O2C workflows.
• Experience managing relationships with international clients, cross-border teams, and enterprise stakeholders across different time zones.
• Experience in Shared Services Centers (SSC), BPO, GCC, or captive operations environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of trainers and instructional designers to drive delivery excellence and continuous skill development.
• Own O2C curriculum strategy from design to deployment across the complete lifecycle (Credit Management, Billing, AR, Collections, Cash Application).
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to align training with business goals and SLAs.
• Partner with operations managers to identify skill gaps and develop targeted re-skilling initiatives.
• Establish KPIs to measure learning impact, speed-to-proficiency, and post-training accuracy.
