Job summary

Rouxel TP is seeking an experienced Training Manager to lead the design and delivery of Learning & Development strategies for our Order-to-Cash operations across shared services and global teams. You will lead a team of trainers and instructional designers, partnering with leaders to align programs with business goals and SLAs.

You will own the end-to-end O2C curriculum, covering Credit Management, Order Processing, Billing, Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Cash Application, and drive

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct experience managing, coaching, and scaling training teams.
• 3–5 years hands-on experience in core Order-to-Cash operations.
• Proven track record designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end O2C training programs.
• Experience managing relationships with international clients, cross-border teams, and executives across time zones.
• Background in SSC/BPO/GCC or captive operations is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Management: Direct and mentor a team of 5+ trainers and instructional designers.
• O2C Curriculum Strategy: Lead end-to-end design and deployment of O2C training content.
• Global Stakeholder Management: Align training with business goals and SLAs with executives and client reps.
• Operational Integration: Identify gaps and design re-skilling interventions with Shared Services/GCC operations.
• Impact & Analytics: Establish KPIs to measure learning effectiveness and speed-to-proficiency.
