Job summary

Maersk is seeking a training lead to own end-to-end learning solutions for the Order to Cash process in Manila. You will design, deliver and continuously improve classroom and virtual training for global teams, aligning with business needs and capability development.

The role requires strong communication, SAP ECC/S4HANA knowledge, and the ability to coach trainees while managing multiple initiatives in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Finance and accounting knowledge, especially OTC.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach trainees and develop training skills.
• Flexible with shifting schedule.
• Able to document new processes.
