Job summary

Nexperia is seeking an NPI Engineer to join the R&D Department at the Cabuyao manufacturing site, supporting portfolio and transfer projects and acting as the key interface between Nexperia Business Groups and the Cabuyao site operations.

You will ensure the successful introduction of new products and process changes while meeting quality, cost, and schedule targets, coordinating with Quality, Operations, Manufacturing, and Management teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 3–5 years in semiconductor/manufacturing.
• Knowledgeable in SPC, DOE, FMEA, and DFM.
• Proficient in MS Office; JMP/Minitab a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with Six Sigma and/or 8D problem-solving.
• Willing to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage NPI projects per BCAMX, QCM, and ATCB Change Control.
• Coordinate with Business Groups, Quality, Operations, Manufacturing, and Management.
• Drive milestones and deliverables (RACI, DFM, Release Checklist, CNP, MRAT, Safe Launch).
• Deploy product and process changes into production.
• Perform Safe Launch planning, deployment, and tracking.
• Plan and coordinate project resources and logistics.
• Characterize processes, materials, products, and manufacturing interactions.
• Support yield improvement and cost-reduction initiatives via MVA/DVA.
• Provide technical leadership to engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Generate project reports and meeting minutes.
