Job summary

Teradyne in Cebu, Philippines, is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer for New Product Introduction (NPI) to lead transfer of manufacturing processes, assembly work methods, and documentation for new product programs.

You will drive production ramp, establish tooling strategies, and ensure readiness for a controlled release into manufacturing, working with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• 5+ years in Manufacturing Engineering, NPI, or process transfer.
• Experience leading manufacturing process development and product transfer.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing readiness for NPI programs including process transfer and production ramp.
• Develop and stabilize manufacturing processes, assembly work processes, tooling strategy, fixtures, and interfaces.
• Create and maintain manufacturing process documentation and release-ready content for NPI execution.
• Assess manufacturability with DFM/DFA and identify risks to yield, cycle time, and cost.
• Use structured problem solving and data analysis to identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
