Job summary

Infineon Technologies Philippines is seeking a Senior Staff Engineer, Product Engineering to lead New Product Introductions (NPI) and drive yield and quality improvements across design, process, test, reliability and manufacturing teams.

You will own product development from development to high-volume production, tackle complex technical challenges, and enable new business growth through derivatives and qualification programs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
5+ years in semiconductor, electronics, or related manufacturing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Self-driven with ownership, initiative and prioritization.

Responsibilities

Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and provide production support throughout the product lifecycle.
Provide technical expertise to ensure timely resolution of product and manufacturing issues to meet milestones.
Collaborate with Design, Process, Test, Reliability, and Manufacturing to resolve product-related issues and improve yield and quality.
Drive continuous process improvements to optimize manufacturing efficiency, reduce production costs, and increase yield.
Support product derivatives bring-up and qualification activities for NSO and customer-specific requirements.
