Job summary

Texas Instruments in the Philippines is seeking an energetic engineer to join the NPI (New Product Introduction) team as an NPI PM Engineer. You will drive continual improvement of processes, review processing methods, and coordinate design requirements with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.

Qualifications

2–5 years relevant experience.
Bachelor's degree in one of the listed fields.
Strong foundation in SPC, ECR and process release strategies.
Demonstrated strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in teams and collaborate across functions.
Strong time management and initiative to drive results.

Responsibilities

Develops new or modified process formulations and equipment requirements.
Coordinates design requirement reviews to ensure processing method compatibility.
Compiles and evaluates test data for process/material specifications.
Plans projects involving new concepts, equipment automation, or process development.
Participates in data analysis and problem resolution.
