Job summary

Nestlé is seeking an Area Sales Distributor Manager for North Luzon. In this field-based role, you will drive sales growth, oversee distributor partners, and ensure Nestlé brands are visible in outlets through strong execution.

You will lead route coverage, coach distributor sales teams, and manage trade programs while expanding distribution and building key accounts across North Luzon.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4+ years of field sales experience in FMCG, preferably with distributor management.
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets.
• Strong analytical and commercial skills with familiarity in sales data and basic P&L/distributor financials.
• Leadership and coaching abilities; able to influence without direct authority.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willing to be field-based and travel extensively across North Luzon.
• Open to applicants from nearby regions who are mobile and willing to relocate to North Luzon.

Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume, value, and distribution targets for the assigned territory.
• Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance and act quickly on gaps.
• Manage and develop distributor partners on coverage, stock levels, fill rate, and financial health.
• Lead business reviews with distributors and align on joint business plans.
• Coach, guide, and supervise distributor salesmen through field visits and route rides.
• Make sure call plans, route coverage, and store productivity standards are met.
• Drive in-store execution standards (availability, visibility, pricing, and planogram compliance).
• Implement trade programs and promotions, and track how well they work.
• Grow numeric and weighted distribution by opening new outlets and expanding channel reach; build relationships with key accounts.
