Job summary

Peerless Products Manufacturing Corp. is seeking a Distributor Manager for South Luzon, based in the Bicol Region. You will drive distributor performance by planning initiatives, executing strategic trade programs, and ensuring product availability and visibility.

You will analyze data to forecast volumes, lead business reviews, and train distributor staff to close performance gaps. The role requires leadership, negotiation, and strong problem-solving skills, with a driver’s license

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course.
2–3 years of sales experience in distributor management, preferably in an FMCG company.
Good negotiation skills and people management abilities.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated leadership with a growth mindset.
Possession of Driver’s License Restrictions 1 and 2 (non-negotiable).

Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets, profitability, and distributor performance within the designated area.
Plan and execute area initiatives.
Develops and executes distributor sales processes, account- and area-specific strategies and trade programs to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual volume plans.
Ensure product availability and visibility based on RPS standards.
Use data from the Distributor Team to forecast volume by SKU and category.
Lead quarterly business reviews and monthly S&O meetings with distributor management.
Conduct fieldworks and on-the-job training for distributor sales personnel and review performance.
