You will manage distributor partnerships, coach field teams, and ensure execution of commercial strategies across Ilocos and neighbouring provinces, with travel as required. The role will emphasize data-driven decision making, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize market share and profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing distributor partners and field sales operations.
• Strong background in sales leadership, territory management, and commercial execution.
• Experience within the FMCG, consumer goods, retail, or related industries is preferred.
• Strong analytical, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willing to travel within assigned territories as required.

Responsibilities
