Qualifications

• College graduate with a relevant degree.
• At least 2+ years sales experience with distributors.
• Must have training in Distributor Management, Field Coaching, Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Communicate regulatory food-safety requirements and recalls.
• Deliver weekly/monthly business reviews on area performance.
• Develop and enforce Distributor plans, coverage, and product placement.
• Achieve targets and provide demand forecasts for the region.
• Ensure OTIF execution of trade marketing activities.
• Build strong distributor partnerships and resolve issues.
