TASK AGENCIES INC is hiring for a Non-Voice Support professional to join our customer service team in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. This full-time role focuses on providing timely, excellent assistance through non-voice channels.

You will handle email, live chat, social media, and other written communications, document interactions, and maintain high service quality while meeting performance metrics. We offer training, career growth, and a collaborative environment.

Formación

• Excellent written communication with strong attention to detail and grammar.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or support environment.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, social media and other non-voice channels in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate and helpful information regarding products, services and company policies.
• Document all customer interactions in the support ticketing system.
• Resolve customer issues adhering to established procedures and guidelines.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors as necessary.
• Maintain a professional and courteous tone across all written communications.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics including response time and customer satisfaction scores.
• Contribute to team goals and collaborate with colleagues to provide consistent service.
