Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls professionally.
• Manage non-voice interactions via email, chat, and social media.
• Address inquiries, concerns, and complaints empathetically and efficiently.
• Provide accurate product and service information to customers.
• Document interactions and follow-ups per company procedures.
• Contribute to achieving KPIs like CSAT and average handling time.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve issues.
