You will operate monitoring platforms, write runbooks, and drive automation to reduce noise, while coordinating P1/P2 bridges as incident commander.

The role demands calm under pressure, strong communication, and a willingness to align Americas/APAC coverage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands‑on NOC/SRE/IT operations in a 24/7 environment.
• Experience with observability platforms (e.g., Splunk, Zabbix, AppDynamics, Honeycomb) and ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Proven ability to triage incidents under pressure and follow documented procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in professional English.

Responsibilities

• Operate and tune monitoring/alerting platforms and the PagerDuty hub daily.
• Triage alerts at scale, consolidating by source, frequency and component.
• Define and validate severity using the P1–P5 framework and SME input.
• Identify blind spots and specify monitors to close gaps.
• Develop correlation rules and automated health updates.
• Execute and maintain runbooks; author L1 procedures and update it live.
• Support a single pane of glass NOC dashboard and manage shift handoffs.
