Job summary

Arch Global Services Philippines is seeking a Senior NOC Engineer (NOC Engineer) to ensure availability and health of critical infrastructure in a modern hybrid environment. You will respond to incidents across infrastructure, applications, networks, and security, triage events, and coordinate with engineering and service teams to resolve issues promptly.

The role emphasizes observability, automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and strong communication.

Qualifications

Ability to manage multiple operational priorities and incidents in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving with clear escalation paths.
Experience documenting incidents, actions taken, timelines, and resolutions in enterprise ticketing systems.
Working knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, networking ideals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls), and cloud/hybrid environments.
Familiarity with monitoring and incident response platforms such as SolarWinds, ServiceNow, PagerDuty, Splunk, Dynatrace, Azure Monitor, or similar.
Willingness to learn AI-enabled operational practices, including AIOps and intelligent alerting.

Responsibilities

Serve as a first responder for infrastructure, application, network, and security events.
Monitor, triage, and manage global incidents, ensuring SLAs are met.
Use monitoring and observability platforms to identify trends and reduce alert noise.
Open, update, and manage tickets with clear documentation and timely communications.
Lead or support major incident bridges during production-impacting events.
Partner with teams to improve runbooks, escalation paths, and alert quality.
Stay current with AI, AIOps, automation, and intelligent incident response.
