Job summary

PEAKE Technology Partners, An Omega Systems Company, seeks a NOC Technician in the Philippines to monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot client network infrastructure in a fast-paced MSP environment. You will respond to alerts, diagnose issues, and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to minimize downtime and ensure service continuity.

The ideal candidate brings strong networking knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset, with a focus on security and uptime.

Qualifications

• Degree preferred; relevant certifications will be considered.
• Experience in NOC or MSP environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewall concepts.
• Experience with network monitoring and management platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network infrastructure, systems, and applications; respond to alerts promptly.
• Investigate and diagnose incidents; follow escalation procedures to restore service.
• Troubleshoot network/server issues; identify root causes and implement fixes.
• Monitor cybersecurity alerts and endpoint protection in line with security procedures.
• Document incidents, steps taken, and resolutions in the ticket system.
• Create and maintain SOPs and knowledge base articles for consistency.
