Job summary

McNeil & Co. is seeking a Senior NOC Engineer to ensure availability and reliability of critical infrastructure across a hybrid environment. You will monitor incidents, triage events, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to minimize service impact.

The role requires strong communication, proactive problem-solving, and willingness to adopt AI-enabled operations for better detection and quicker resolution. Manila-based on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in incident management and rapid triage in a hybrid IT environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Customer-service mindset with collaborative cross-team working.
• Troubleshooting, analytical thinking and escalation judgment.
• Experience documenting incidents and actions in enterprise ticketing systems.
• Familiarity with Windows/Linux infrastructure and network basics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first and fast responder for infra, app, network, and security events.
• Monitor, triage, and manage global incidents within SLAs and timelines.
• Use monitoring, observability, alerting, and incident tools to detect degradation early.
• Open, update, and manage tickets with clear impact details and communications.
• Lead or support major incident bridges with engineering, service owners, and stakeholders.
• Improve runbooks, escalation paths, alert quality, and response procedures.
