Job summary

Arch Global Services (Philippines) Inc. is seeking a Senior NOC Engineer to safeguard availability and reliability of our hybrid infrastructure, apps, and services. You will monitor, triage, and respond to incidents, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and maintain clear incident documentation.

You’ll work with AI-enabled ops trends, automate where possible, and participate in rotating shifts and on-call duties, delivering timely updates and contributing to runbooks and post-incident reviews.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple operational priorities, incidents, and project tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with clear, timely updates to stakeholders.
• Strong customer service mindset and collaboration across technology and business teams.
• Solid troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and problem-solving with escalation discipline.
• Experience documenting incidents, actions, timelines, and resolutions in enterprise tickets.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, networking fundamentals, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, VPN, load balancers, and cloud/hybrid environments.
• Familiarity with monitoring, observability, and incident platforms (SolarWinds, ServiceNow, PagerDuty, Splunk, Dynatrace, Azure Monitor).
• Understanding of alert correlation, event enrichment, escalation workflows, runbooks, and automation concepts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first and fast responder for infrastructure, application, network, and security events.
• Monitor, triage, and manage global incidents, ensuring SLA-based prioritization and communication.
• Use monitoring platforms to identify trends, reduce alert noise, and detect potential service degradation early.
• Open, update, and manage tickets with clear impact details and timely stakeholder communications.
• Lead or support major incident bridges during production-impacting events with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, application, and service management to improve runbooks, escalation paths, and alert quality.
• Stay current with AI/AIOps trends and adopt capabilities that improve operational quality and speed.
