Job summary

Arch Global Services (Philippines) Inc. seeks a Senior NOC Engineer to ensure availability and health of critical infrastructure and services in a modern hybrid environment.

You will respond rapidly to incidents, triage events, and coordinate with engineering and business stakeholders. Emphasis is placed on observability, automation, and AI-enabled incident response to improve speed and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience managing incidents and coordinating response within SLAs.
• Strong communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to document incidents with timelines and actions.
• Familiarity with enterprise monitoring and alerting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first responder for infrastructure, app, network, and security events.
• Monitor, triage, and manage global incidents with timely updates.
• Use monitoring and alerting platforms to identify trends and reduce noise.
• Open, update and manage tickets with clear impact and communications.
• Lead or support major incident bridges during production incidents.
• Collaborate to improve runbooks, escalation paths, and automation.
• Stay current on AI/AIOps trends to improve operational quality.
