Qualifications

• Experience managing incidents with clear documentation and escalation.

• Experience documenting actions, timelines, and resolutions in enterprise ticketing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first and fast responder for infrastructure, application, network, and security incidents.
• Monitor, triage, and manage global incidents with SLA-aligned responses.
• Use monitoring and incident platforms to identify trends and reduce alert noise.
• Open, update, and manage tickets with clear impact details and stakeholder communications.
• Lead or support major incident bridges during production-impacting events.
• Collaborate with engineering and service management to improve runbooks and escalation paths.
• Stay current with AI/AIOps trends to improve incident response quality.
