Job summary

Vestas Services Philippines Inc. operates a Manila-based Network Operations Center that monitors global IT services around the clock to prevent downtime and ensure high availability.

You will work in a 24x7 IT operation, handling tickets, outages, and performance reports while contributing to a knowledge base and ongoing improvements. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in NOC/IT service roles, strong English communication, and familiarity with networks, servers, and diagnostic tools.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in IT service desk, NOC or similar technical support role.
• Knowledge of IT systems stack: network, hardware, OS, database, apps.
• Experience supporting IT components in an operations capacity.
• Strong English communication, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and on-call.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance and service availability of global IT services including voice/data network, hardware and servers.
• Manage and track trouble/service tickets.
• Maintain service outage logs and shift logs.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, case system; generate performance reports.
• Identify and fix network/server problems using diagnostic tools; escalate when needed.
• Provide network performance metrics to management and other groups.
