Job summary
Morgan McKinley is seeking a Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer for our Pasay City office, onsite with 24/7 rotating shifts. You will monitor, troubleshoot and maintain our client network infrastructure to meet SLA targets and ensure high availability.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field is required.
- CCNA or JNCIA or equivalent networking certification desired.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in network operations, preferably in a NOC.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, and switching concepts.
- Basic knowledge of networking monitoring tools.
- Experience with Cisco, Juniper, Arista, or H3C devices.
Responsibilities
- Continuously monitor network performance and identify issues.
- Respond to alerts and diagnose problems to restore service.
- Identify, troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues and hardware faults.
- Log and track incidents per client or internal protocols.
- Maintain documentation of MOPs, SOPs, and troubleshooting steps.
- Ensure responses meet SLA terms and document resolutions.
- Collaborate with other teams to maintain network reliability.
