Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a Senior NOC Agent for Dish Network to monitor and troubleshoot network and service performance from our Cebu City operation.

You will respond to alerts, coordinate with field technicians, and document incidents and resolutions to uphold 24/7 network reliability. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in NOC/telecom, hands-on experience with Wi‑Fi, RF, and equipment such as Ruckus, Aruba, Meraki, and hold relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of NOC, telecommunications, or technical support experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; technical certifications are advantageous.
• Experience with Ruckus, Aruba, or Meraki networking equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of Wi‑Fi technologies, RF troubleshooting, and wireless networking.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• CompTIA Network+ or Meraki ECMS certification is an advantage.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts supporting 24/7 network operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor television and network services for outages and performance issues.
• Respond to alerts and incidents following established operational procedures.
• Troubleshoot network, signal, and connectivity issues remotely.
• Support field technicians during installations, repairs, and service restoration.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and network configurations accurately.
• Collaborate with engineers to resolve complex technical issues.
• Escalate critical incidents to senior support teams when required.
