Job summary
CallTek is seeking a skilled NOC Engineer to ensure 24/7 availability and performance of network infrastructure through monitoring, incident response, escalation management, and technical support while maintaining SLAs and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
You will monitor using SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, Zabbix and other systems, manage incidents end-to-end, perform firmware updates, configure routers/firewalls, and coordinate with field technicians and vendors to keep the network
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Experience in network operations or NOC environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Responsibilities
- Operate 24/7 network monitoring and incident response.
- Respond to alerts, triage incidents, and drive resolution within SLAs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors during major outages.
- Perform firmware updates, device configurations, and change management.
- Document RCA and lessons learned after incidents.
- Maintain network performance metrics and security controls.
