Job summary

TGT Global is seeking an HR Officer to drive end-to-end recruitment while supporting a fast-paced, globally exposed environment. The role requires night or graveyard shifts aligned with PH time and a focus on accurate onboarding and records management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR, Recruitment, or HR Administration.
• Strong experience handling end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Familiarity with HRIS or ATS is an advantage (eg. Job Adder, TeamTailor).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, ensuring timely hiring and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate recruitment reports and documentation.
• Conduct client meetings to align hiring requirements and expectations.
• Support clients by offering recruitment insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure hiring needs align with business goals.
• Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files.
