Job summary

TOA Global is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Officer to manage end-to-end recruitment for Seat Leasing clients across Onshore and Offshore markets. You will source, interview, and extend offers for a range of roles from entry to leadership while aligning with client needs and culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in RPO/BPO recruitment, with finance roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Mercury ATS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day recruitment activities for Seat Leasing clients.
• Oversee full candidate lifecycle from sourcing to offer management.
• Focus on non-core, technical, and niche roles from entry to leadership levels.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to optimize recruitment processes.
